The Launch Team is a team of committed, compelled, contagious, and courageous Christians joined together in laying the groundwork for a new Harvest Bible Chapel to glorify God by making disciples in South County St. Louis.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IF I JOIN THE LAUNCH TEAM?
Expect high-level commitment and growing in your faith. Harvest Bible Chapel St. Louis South is committed to a quality of discipleship much more than a quantity of disciples. You will be challenged to walk with Christ more closely and work hard to serve him in building his church. We meet weekly to dig into the Bible and prayer as we prepare for the launch of the new church plant in South County.
HOW DO I JOIN THE LAUNCH TEAM?
First, contact Pastor Micah and attend a Launch Team meeting to learn more.
Pray about it. This is an exciting work, but it is hard work.

WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS OF A LAUNCH TEAM MEMBER?
Each Launch Team member commits to five things:
- Make a healthy church transition.
- Grow the Launch Team by inviting others to join.
- Sacrifice personal preferences for the good of the church.
- Realize spiritual warfare will come – and pray fervently!
- Financially support the ministries at Harvest.
